Nazanin started her career in tech, spending over 15 years building products and teams before becoming a CTO-turned-founder. She went on to build one of the largest female-led tech companies in Iran’s history, scaling it from zero to IPO, growing it to hundreds of people, raising multiple rounds, and operating in one of the toughest environments to build in.
Today, she invests across AI and software as a hands-on partner to founders. Nazanin sees her role as a non-executional co-founder — bringing operator, technical, and fundraising experience to help teams navigate the hardest parts of scaling and reach their next milestone. She cares deeply about building inclusive companies. Backing diversified founders, and helping create environments where different perspectives can thrive is her personal mission!
