Jag is a Managing Partner at Angel Invest, where he leads €125K investments in Europe’s most promising early-stage startups, drawing on experience of building multiple companies with two exits (adtech and big data). He spent over a decade in politics in the US and UK, which shaped a bias for rapid iteration and real-world validation.
Jag does 500+ founder coaching calls each year, pushing teams toward customers instead of deck-polishing. His philosophy is simple: proof over promises. At the earliest stage, proof looks like learning speed: run clean tests, get honest feedback, and adapt fast.
Outside work, he leans on spirituality, dancing, tennis, and travel to reset and stay grounded.
